Delivery

AYA B. undertakes to ship the ordered items to the provided delivery address within a reasonable timeframe:

- 2 to 5 business days for orders without personalization

- 7 days for orders with engraving and/or personalization

The timeframe may be slightly longer during promotional offers or holiday periods.

The shipping time also changes during our annual or exceptional leave (this information will always be indicated on our online store so that customers can order with full knowledge).

We offer three delivery options:

- Tracked letter: deposited in the mailbox without signature. The tracking number is provided to the Customer as soon as it is shipped.

- Registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt: handed over against signature or a notice is left if the recipient is absent.

- Colissimo: home delivery with tracking, directly in the mailbox, without signature. If delivery is not possible, the recipient is informed by La Poste of the procedures for a new delivery or collection. The tracking number is provided to the Customer as soon as it is shipped.

AYA B. remains responsible for the delivery of the order until it is physically taken possession of by the Customer or by a third party designated by them.

In the event of non-receipt, loss, or damage to the order before its delivery, the Customer is invited to contact AYA B. as soon as possible. AYA B. will carry out the necessary checks with the carrier and will proceed, depending on the circumstances and in accordance with the Customer's rights, with a new shipment or a refund of the order.

When the tracking indicates delivery while the Customer declares that they have not received their order, AYA B. may open an investigation with the carrier and request a non-receipt affidavit. This verification does not deprive the Customer of their legal rights.

In the event that your order is returned to the sender by the Post Office due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided, we will cover the re-shipment of your order once the delivery information has been revalidated.

AYA B. reserves the right to modify or add other possible delivery methods.
